Q: Are children welcome to the Sunday Divine Services?
A: Absolutely!  Also, for those with very young children there is a 'cry' room at the rear of the church where you can watch, listen and participate in the service.

Q: Is there a 'get-together' following the Divine Service?
A: Yes.  You are welcome to join us for a cup of coffee and refreshments immediately following the service.  This is informal and offers a wonderful opportunity to meet and enjoy fellow worshipers.

Q: Do you have adult Bible Class and children's Sunday School?
A: Yes, children's Sunday School classes start at 8:30 am.  The Children's classes are not held non-public months. Q: Can I worship anonymously?
A: Yes. We have a tradition at Messiah of asking visitors to introduce themselves, so that we can greet you and welcome you properly. This is purely voluntary.

Q: How long are the worship services?
A: On an average they last one hour, give or take ten minutes. The Lord's Supper is celebrated every Sunday.

Q: What are the worship services like?
A: We practice a traditional form of worship following the 2006 Lutheran Service Book. The order of service is clearly printed out in our bulletin.

Q: How much will it cost me?
A: Nothing but your time! While we, of course, do collect an offering from our members during the worship, it is in no way expected or required that a guest contribute to the work of our ministry.

Q: How will I know what to do?
A: All of our services are written out in easy to read and follow worship folders. You will receive one of these bulletins upon entering our sanctuary from one of our friendly ushers. Large print bulletins are available for those who have seeing difficulties.

Q: Are the sermons long and boring?
A: No! Our pastor works very hard at delivering concise yet creative messages that are both illuminating and challenging. Our members regularly leave with another nugget of God's word to nurture them through the week.  We also frequently record our Sunday Morning Services.
